Project Role Description : Drive customer and advertiser growth by building relationships and delivering tailored outreach across the customer lifecycle. Use multi-channel engagement to onboard, support, and expand usage, while managing campaigns and identifying new opportunities. Summary: As a Customer Growth Representative, you will engage with both new and existing customers to foster strong relationships. Your typical day will involve onboarding customers, assisting them in adopting and expanding their use of products, and addressing any issues that arise by coordinating with the appropriate teams for resolution. You will also conduct inbound and outbound interactions to explore new opportunities, renew existing contracts, and facilitate expansions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their journey. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers. - Regularly update customer records and information for accurate tracking and reporting Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales and Channel Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with customer relationship management software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements. - Experience in managing customer onboarding processes and ensuring satisfaction. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
