Customer Growth Representative

Role Overview: As a Customer Growth Representative, your main responsibility is to build relationships with new and existing customers by assisting them in onboarding, adopting, and expanding their usage of products. You will also troubleshoot and route any issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. Additionally, you will be engaging in inbound and outbound activities with customers to explore new, renewal, or expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers. - Regularly update customer records and information for accurate tracking and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Must have proficiency in Sales and Channel Management. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Good to have experience with CRM software. - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
