Customer Growth Representative

Role Overview: As a Customer Growth Representative, your main responsibility will be to build relationships with new and existing customers, assisting them in onboarding, adopting, and expanding their usage of products. You will also troubleshoot and route any issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. Additionally, you will engage in inbound and outbound activities with customers regarding new, renewal, or expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Assist customers in onboarding, adopting, and expanding product usage - Troubleshoot and route issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Engage in inbound and outbound activities with customers - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Update customer records and information for accurate tracking and reporting Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management - Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education Additional Details: - The role requires proficiency in Sales and Channel Management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Experience with CRM software and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies are considered good-to-have skills. - The position is based at the Gurugram office.,
