Job Description:
CRM Executive Duties & Responsibilities:
· Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Support the Senior CRM manager to define and develop the retention strategy, roadmap and budget that will achieve targets and KPIs.
· Ensuring that client information is most updated in CRM tools.
· Lead regular status meetings and glean field input through regular connects.
· Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques.
· Proficient in Zoho and Excel preferred.
· Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs.
· Follow standard practices, keeping data organized, readable, maintainable, and documented
· Remain current on new and updated information.
· Manage the sending of the Quarterly connects and other marketing invitations to client.
· Bright and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
