Customer Enablement Associate

Salary range - ?4-6 Lacs p.a + healthcare + ESOPs

Remote/India based position

ClearQuote offers inspection apps for automotive customers to help automate damage assessment as a SaaS solution.

Role Overview:

To ensure ClearQuote's customers can easily understand, adopt, and get maximum value from our AI-powered vehicle inspection solution. To translate features into clear, actionable guides and keep our growing base of fleet operators informed about product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Content Creation

• Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, help articles, and knowledge base content for the ClearQuote platform
• Develop quick-start guides, video tutorials, and visual how-to materials for different user personas (drivers, fleet managers)
• Maintain relevant documentation for different markets (UK, EU, North America)
• Work closely with the product team to understand upcoming features and technical details
• Partner with customer success to identify documentation gaps based on support tickets

Release Communications

• Write customer-facing release notes for new features and product updates
• Create announcement emails and in-app notifications about product improvements
• Develop feature adoption campaigns in collaboration with customer success
• Maintain a product changelog that's accessible to customers

Customer Enablement

• Build onboarding materials for new customers
• Create training resources for different markets (UK, EU, North America)
• Develop case study templates and customer success stories

Requirements

Must-haves

• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or customer education (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience creating multi-format content (written guides, videos, diagrams, interactive tutorials)
• Self-starter mentality suitable for a fast-paced startup environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in SaaS solutions for logistics, fleet management, or automotive technology sectors targeting customers in UK/EU/US markets
• Familiarity with documentation tools (GitBook, Confluence, Supademo/Storylane, Canva etc)
• Basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations
• Experience with video creation and editing tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for help content
• Multilingual capabilities (German, French)
