Candidates with exposure to the education sector and career coaching will be given preference. Additionally, expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a prerequisite for this role. Responsibilities: - Customer Delivery: Managing customer delivery by maintaining updated customer records and conducting regular follow-ups. - Customer Communication: Engaging in day-to-day communication with customers, including sending follow-up emails, scheduling delivery sessions, and addressing customer inquiries. - Process Improvement: Streamlining trackers and organizing old data for efficient operations. - Customer Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, sending communications on special occasions such as birthdays, New Year, and festivals. - Pre-Sales Support: Contacting potential customers, arranging introduction calls, and conducting informative briefings. - Knowledge Management: Documenting the delivery process and establishing a knowledge base for universities and courses.
