Customer Delight Officer (Tele-Sales)

What will you do in this role?
● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails● Understand customer needs and requirements● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for furtherdevelopment and closure● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas● Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals● Perform effective online demos to prospects

What do we need in our ideal candidate?
● Proven inside sales experience● Track record of over-achieving quota● Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day● Excellent verbal and written communications skills● 6 months - 4 years of experience in Sales

Shifts and Working Days

• The role involves rotational shifts and a 6-day workweek with a rotation of rosters on a weekly basis.
