Job Description

Position: Customer Coordinator (Tele-Sales & Support)
Location: Ernakulam (Fixorix Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer calls and WhatsApp chats through Tata Smartflo & WATI.
  • Update customer & service provider details in Zoho CRM.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure service quality.
  • Support marketing team in campaigns & feedback collection.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: BA/BCom/Communication).
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi advantage).
  • 0–2 years of customer support / tele-sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho preferred).

Salary Package:

  • ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience).
  • Incentives on lead conversions & customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 25 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Hindi (Preferred)
