Customer Contact Comms Specialist

As a Customer Contact Comms Specialist at Accenture, your role will involve managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs, with a preference for candidates who excel in email and chat processes and possess good typing skills.
