As a Customer Contact Comms Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Your proficiency in email and chat processes, along with good typing skills, will be highly valued in this role. Customer communications encompass interactions between customers and businesses through various channels such as phone, text, chat, or in-person touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems - Interact with peers within Accenture on a daily basis - Collaborate with clients and/or Accenture management - Exercise sound judgment in decision-making that may impact your work and that of others - Function as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small team - Be prepared for rotational shifts **Qualifications:** - Graduation in any field Accenture is a global professional services company renowned for its expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
