As a Customer Contact Comms Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be a part of the Customer Support vertical, where your primary responsibility will be managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best possible resolutions. Your role will also involve closing faults and complaints within the specified SLAs. Proficiency in email and chat processes, as well as good typing skills, are preferred for this role.
