Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Customer Relations Executive (CRE) / Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, attending walk-in clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed leads. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls using the provided database to generate leads.
  • Attend and assist walk-in clients at the office with inquiries related to immigration and study abroad programs.
  • Explain company services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or messages to ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle client objections professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools preferred).
  • Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
