Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative for our International Voice Process team in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telesales or customer service, specifically dealing with international clients via voice support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in international voice process or telesales (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong command over English communication (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata.
