Customer Care Representative - International Voice process

In this role at Rently, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. Your main tasks will include handling customer support requests through voice support, ensuring high quality standards on customer experience, making real-time decisions, and escalating high level requests to proper internal channels. Operating in US hours, you should be prepared to work night shifts and weekends based on the work schedule. Qualifications required for this position include being comfortable with handling customer support requests through voice mediums, having excellent verbal communication skills, and preferably having international voice experience.
