About EKO

EKO Clothing Private Limited is a Gurgaon-based startup creating women's apparel.

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to own every customer conversation at Eko, across WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone, and to manage Eko's Pinterest presence.

What you'll handle

Customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email and calls, in English and Hindi
Order tracking, delivery updates, returns and exchanges
Complaints, handled calmly, with sizing and policies explained clearly
COD order confirmation calls
Coordination with suppliers, production units and courier partners
Eko's Pinterest account: pins, boards and descriptions
Excel trackers and simple reports
AI tools for drafting replies and reports
Weekly summary of customer feedback

What we're looking for

Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years in customer support or a similar role (freshers welcome)
Confident spoken English and good Hindi
Patience and strong convincing skills
Excel (basic to advanced) and Canva
Comfortable with AI tools, WhatsApp Business and Instagram

Good to have

Experience at a fashion, apparel or D2C brand
Hands-on Pinterest experience
Familiarity with order tracking tools (e.g. Shiprocket)

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)

English , Hindi (Required)
