Job Description

Make outbound calls to US customers using contact details and calling guidelines provided by the company.
Collect customer feedback regarding company products and record the responses accurately.
Contact retail outlet employees to gather sales updates and relevant business information.
Maintain call records, customer feedback, and sales data in company-provided systems.
Communicate professionally with customers and retail outlet staff.
Share call summaries, feedback, and sales updates with the concerned team.
Follow company procedures for customer communication, reporting, and data confidentiality.
Shift: 7pm to 3am, Night Shift – US Calling
Work from home - Monday to Friday (1st & 3rd Saturday have to work at HO - Day shift)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
