Job Description:

We are urgently hiring for the MHLIB (Metropolis Inbound Process) – a purely customer service role with no sales, no targets!

This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills looking to start or grow their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely information about Metropolis lab services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company protocols and quality standards during customer interactions.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: HSC (12th Pass)
• Experience:
• Freshers welcome
• Prior experience in a customer service/inbound voice process is a plus

Work Details:

• Process Type: Inbound – Customer Service (No Sales / No Targets)
• Shift Timings: 7 AM – 11 PM (Any 9-hour rotational shift)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Interview Process: Single Round Only
• Joining: Immediate
