Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with prompt and accurate responses Adhere to a 9-hour shift schedule in the office, resolving customer issues within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system Requirements Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Show willingness to work in rotational day or night shifts based on business needs Be comfortable with an on-site role and working from the office Commit to a 9-hour workday, 5 to 6 days a week Available for immediate joining with no major planned time off in the next 2–3 months.
