Job Description: We are hiring professionals to handle both inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers. The role involves promoting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and setting appointments while ensuring clear, courteous, and professional communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential US customers using provided leads or databases. Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide product or service information. Clearly explain product/service features and benefits to engage customers. Manage objections and maintain productive conversations with customers. Record and update call details, lead status, and customer interactions accurately. Meet performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting. Follow US process standards and ensure high-quality service in every interaction. Work night shifts to align with US business hours. Requirements: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English. Experience in international inbound/outbound calling or sales preferred. Comfortable handling high call volumes across both call types. Willingness to work night and rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRMs is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Preferred Skills: Experience with both B2B and B2C customer interactions in the US market. Knowledge of sales scripts, lead qualification techniques, and customer service protocols.
