Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and within established timelines.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
