About Us: Update247 is a fast-growing hospitality technology platform helping thousands of accommodation providers manage bookings, distribution, and guest experiences seamlessly. As we expand, we’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who can be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your Role: As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll support hotel and property managers via phone and email, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and effective assistance. You'll be helping with system queries, booking-related issues, and guiding users on how to best utilize our platform. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound support calls and respond to support emails. Troubleshoot client queries related to bookings, property setup, or system features. Log and track issues in our support system. Provide clear and professional communication in English. Collaborate with our technical and onboarding teams to escalate or resolve complex issues. What We’re Looking For: Strong English skills—both written and spoken. Friendly and confident phone manner. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech, SaaS, or hospitality (a bonus).
