Job Description

Hi We are hiring for Leading Telecome industry. Position - Customer Support Executive Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to Australian customers (B2B/B2C).  Start conversations confidently and engage customers with a professional tone.  Ask relevant and qualifying questions to identify eligible prospects.  Actively listen to the customer’s needs, objections, or interest areas.  If qualified, assist customers in filling out the necessary form with accurate data.  Maintain call logs and customer information in CRM.  Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead targets and productivity goals.
