We are seeking Customer Care Executive to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership as Customer Care Executive. You will play a vital role by satisfying customer according to their need.
Age: 18 – 35 years
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, resolve problems and ensure customers satisfactionRespond to customer inquiry via phone, email or chat,Follow ups with customer,Supervise vehicle delivery,Maintain customer records,Doing PMS, RR & Free Service calls.
Qualification:
Graduation in any Stream / HS Passed
Experience: 0- 2 years (Fresher also can apply)
Requirements:
Good Communication skill, Must have a proactive, polite and patient behavior, Must be comfortable in travelling.
