Job Description

Key Responsibility - Customer Support & Backoffice - Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions. - Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system - Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. --- Operational Work - - Documentation for Various Investment Products like Mutual Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS. - Client communication via phone and email and management of client’s servicing requests. - Reconciliation of investor’s investments and other back office functions like MIS, nonfinancial transactions, different types of reports. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
