Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate, able to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Resolve complaints professionally

• Maintain customer records

• Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication

• Basic computer knowledge
