Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
● Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
● Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
● Provide customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
● Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reports in the CRM.
● Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
● Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM handling.
● Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle customer concerns and work towards targets.
● Experience in BPO, call centres, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
