Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executive for a leading International Logistics Company in SaidapetWe're seeking a skilled Customer Care Executive to manage bookings for a leading international logistics and courier company in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and issues related to logistics services
Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales) to ensure seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records and update customer information

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in customer service or logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary

Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month, which is competitive with industry standards.

Work Location: Saidapet,Chennai.
