Customer Care Executive – International Customer Support (Night Shift)

360 Global SEO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and fluent English-speaking Customer Care Executives to join our International Customer Support team. If you are passionate about helping people, confident in communication, and ready to work night and overnight shifts, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via phone.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on pending issues.
• Update CRM systems with detailed call notes and customer data.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Previous experience in international BPO/customer support is a plus.
• Ability to work in night shifts and overnight hours.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
