Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequired SkillsEligibility Criteria
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work in a team.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills are mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,900.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
