Job Description

Customer Care Executive
Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 in weekdays / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends with 1 weekly off.

Role and Responsibility

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Align demo classes for the kids gym.
  • Proper communication while handling the call.
  • Identify customer's need, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required

  • Graduate from any stream
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a customer care executive is must.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Timings:10:00 am to 7:00 in weekdays / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends with 1 weekly off.
