Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Automotive Service)- Hebal & Bellandur.

Job Overview

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the face of our service center. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for vehicle ownersfrom the moment they book an appointment to the final delivery of their serviced vehicle. You will act as the vital bridge between the customer and the technical workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Management: Handle inbound calls and digital inquiries to schedule service appointments, optimizing the workshop's daily load.

Customer Reception: Greet customers upon arrival, verify their service requirements, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.

Service Coordination: Coordinate with Service Advisors and Floor Managers to provide customers with real-time updates on their vehicles status.

Complaint Resolution: Professionally handle customer grievances or delays, providing empathetic solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct Post-Service Feedback (PSF) calls to ensure satisfaction and record Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Billing & Documentation: Explain invoice details to customers, process payments, and maintain accurate customer databases (CRM).

Upselling: Inform customers about ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages, detailing, or extended warranty schemes.
