We are looking for a dedicated and responsible person to manage our Instagram and WhatsApp chats. The main role will be to reply to customer messages, provide product details, share prices, and help customers with their queries. Responsibilities: Reply to customer messages on Instagram & WhatsApp Share product details, prices, and offers with customers Handle customer queries politely and professionally Coordinate with the sales team if needed Encourage customers to visit our store / join video calls Requirements: Basic knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Responsible, polite, and customer-friendly attitude Prior experience in customer handling is a plus Work Details: Location: Amrut, Athwalines, Surat Timing: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM Contact: Call / WhatsApp at +917486003844
