Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Airline Ticketing—booking, re-issuing, re-validations, date changes, cancellations
  • Respond to customer queries through emails and phone calls
  • Provide itinerary details, fare information, and booking confirmations
  • Assist in processing refunds, fare differences, and rescheduling requests
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking issues and resolutions
  • Share travel-related information such as baggage rules, visa guidelines, and policies
  • Maintain and update booking records in the system
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper resolution of customer queries
  • Escalate complex cases to the senior team when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
