Job Summary:

We are hiring an Outbound Customer Care Executive to support and engage with our franchise partners. The role involves making outbound calls for follow-ups, resolving queries, collecting feedback, and ensuring franchise satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to franchise partners and prospects
  • Resolve queries or escalate to relevant teams
  • Maintain call logs and entries
  • Collect service feedback and share insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams for franchise support

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of outbound calling/customer care experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Target-driven and proactive
  • Travel to franchise stores required when needed
