Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, as well as following up to ensure resolution. Dealing with customer issues and providing easy-to-follow solutions will be a key part of your role. The salary offered can go up to 35K CTC. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule includes night shifts and rotational shifts. The preferred education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and having 1 year of total work experience, preferably in customer service, is an advantage.
