Job Description

Job Description: As a chat support specialist for international process, your role will involve handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. You will also be responsible for dealing with customer issues and providing easy-to-follow solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Candidates from PAN India can apply for this full-time, fresher role based in Jaipur. The job may involve night shifts and rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints efficiently - Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues - Deal with customer issues and provide easy-to-follow solutions Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate or Graduate - Excellent communication skills in English - Higher Secondary (12th Pass preferred) - 1 year of total work experience in customer service (preferred) - Proficiency in Hindi (preferred) and English (required) Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
