Job Description

Make outbound calls Call and follow up with potential customers who have shown interest through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms.
Explain products/services (e.g., furniture collections, interior solutions, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on interest and buying potential.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer details and follow-up notes.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture interest.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
Preferably Female Telecaller.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
