Customer Analytics | CDS - Senior Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of the "Customer Analytics" Tribe in the Private Clients Bank Germany, working towards enhancing customer experience and boosting sales through customer-centric and digitally supported communication. The tribe is dedicated to creating and coordinating digital communication for Deutsche Bank and Postbank brands. Operating in an agile working model, you will be expected to embrace autonomy, personal responsibility, and collaboration within the tribe. Leveraging data-driven models, digital marketing tools, and automation, the goal is to offer optimal customer assistance across all touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle.
