Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of customer acquisition executives to achieve sales targets through digital marketing channels.
Develop and execute strategies for brand promotion, app marketing, field marketing, and digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including social media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager), Google Ads, etc. .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
