About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, chats, and messages to assist potential customers with queries, product information, and onboarding. 2. Provide prompt solutions to concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact. 3. Identify and qualify new leads through inbound inquiries and direct outreach. 4. Convert interested prospects into active users by communicating value propositions effectively. 5. Guide customers through order placement, returns, and exchanges. 6. Support technical queries to ensure seamless adoption of products or services. 7. Conduct timely follow-ups to engage leads, address unresolved questions, and encourage conversions. 8. Offer tailored solutions, promotions, or add-ons to increase engagement and reduce drop-offs. 9. Inform potential and existing customers about product updates, offers, and new launches. 10. Execute customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights for improving the acquisition funnel. 11. Maintain detailed records of interactions and performance using CRM tools.
