Offer tailored solutions, promotions, or add-ons to increase engagement and reduce drop-offs. 9. Inform potential and existing customers about product updates, offers, and new launches. 10. Execute customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights for improving the acquisition funnel. 11. Maintain detailed records of interactions and performance using CRM tools.
