Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive while adhering to timelines and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in DevOps.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.

Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience in scripting languages for automation purposes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
