About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills :Java Standard Edition

"Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients throughout the product lifecycle.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead team meetings and provide guidance on project tasks

Review and approve project deliverables

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills

Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, javascript

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate

Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software development

Hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications

Experience of Cloud based application development

Strong knowledge of Domain driven Microservice architecture

Strong knowledge of Microservices Design Patterns.-Possess creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills-Familiar with CI/CD tools namely GIT, GitHub, kubernetes
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition
