About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Python (Programming Language), Cucumber

Good to have skills :Django, Communication, Teamwork

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that address the unique challenges faced by the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Django.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Django.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
