About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Java Standard Edition, React.js

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, React.js.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
