Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also collaborate with team members to drive innovation and efficiency in software development practices, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
