Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Good to have skills :Microsoft Azure Architecture, AWS Analytics

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Proficiency in Data Engineering.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.

Strong understanding of data pipeline design and implementation.

Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.

Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
