Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software developed aligns with the overall project goals and delivers value to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in best practices and effective methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Test Management.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to ensure quality deliverables.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Test Management.

A 15 years full time education is required.
