About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Java Full Stack Development

Summary:We are looking for a software engineering manager who is passionate about coding, architecture, and team leadership. The role involves actively contributing to code development while mentoring a team of developers to build scalable, high-quality web applications. You will drive technical excellence, ensure best practices, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor full-stack developers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Drive design and development using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies.

Architect and implement microservices-based applications on Cloud.

Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD automation.

Collaborate with Product and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Enforce engineering best practices, security standards, and Agile principles Professional & Technical
Skills:

12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Redux, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Proven experience with AWS and modern DevOps tools.

Database expertise in PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Oracle.

Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on coding ability.

Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-native architectures.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
