Job Description:

• Handle import and export documentation for shipments
• Coordinate with CHA teams and ensure smooth clearance formalities
• Communicate with customs officials, transporters, and clients
• Prepare, verify, and submit required documents on time
• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance
• Maintain records and update internal teams on progress
• Knowledge of import/export documentation
• Basic understanding of CHA processes & customs clearance
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
