Recruitment & Orientation : Coordinate the recruitment and orientation of new employees. Lecture & Exam Coordination : Ensure smooth conduct of lectures and examinations in coordination with relevant teams. Administrative Support : Handle academic and placement events and maintain campus records. Student Affairs : Address student grievances, such as issues related to marks cards and certificates. Infrastructure Management : Ensure proper infrastructure is in place for effective academic delivery. Curriculum & Faculty Coordination : Assist with curriculum reviews, faculty meetings, and approval processes. Event Coordination : Plan and coordinate academic events like orientations and convocations. Policy Development : Communicate policies related to academic affairs and maintain reports. General Administration : Handle welfare management and other administrative tasks.
